Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products purchased from our store. Also, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable or non-refundable items are, gift cards and downloadable content.

However, in the event that an item is damaged or lost during shipping, we will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. If you receive a damaged or lost item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue and request a replacement.

Please note that we are unable to replace items that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
