
I was so tired of feeling horrible, I used to get back-to-back sinus infections every four months. I would go to the doctor, & he would prescribe me antibiotics with no resolution or reason as to why this was happening to me. I was fighting with low immunity, but it was because of what I was consuming, I was eating dairy, meat, and starches every day and it was doing a number on my immune system in many ways.
Once I changed what I was eating the sinus infections went away. Why are we even eating dairy in the first place? We are not baby calves. They need the cows’ milk for their own nutrients. Just like we needed our mother’s milk and then we go from there to other foods. I also understand many women do not produce enough milk for their newborns, my book has natural baby formula recipes.
When I stopped eating candies and junk food my face cleared up. When I stopped eating meat I wasn’t feeling sluggish & tired anymore.
I was inspired by the great herbalist Dr. Sebi. This journey begins and ends with you, hold yourself accountable, remember why you are doing this, for your family, for longer life, for a healthier life. For a pain free life, to enjoy life more abundantly with your friends and family.
